RawCreatez™ Return & Refund Policy
At RawCreatez™, every piece is made to order with creativity and intention. Because our merchandise is created specifically for each customer, we have a few guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Changing your mind after placing an order.
Ordering the wrong size.
Selecting the wrong color or design.
No longer wanting the item.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want every creation you receive to meet expectations.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the item and the issue.
A brief description of the problem.
Once reviewed, we will work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
Contact us if you still need assistance, and we will help investigate.
