Order Processing & Production
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Since each item is made to order, production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced at different facilities.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. RawCreatez™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production.
